INDUSTRIAL SIGNAL CONDITIONING / ENGINEERING REVIEW

B2B Procurement, Sample Review & Delivery Planning

Engineering selection guide · Reviewed 31 October 2026

Follow an engineering-led RFQ, written quotation, sample acceptance and export delivery process for load cell signal conditioning.

QUOTE-ONLY INDUSTRIAL PROCUREMENT

A written configuration before a purchase order.

01

Send the measurement chain

Share sensor model, mV/V, bridge resistance, wiring, output, rate, quantity and destination. Attach the original datasheet to your email where available.

02

Review the written offer

Confirm the proposed variant, compatible interfaces, pinout, scaling, software and evidence supplied. Price, currency, lead time, payment, warranty and delivery terms belong in the offer.

03

Agree the sample acceptance

Define reference loads, zero/span, output mapping, latency/noise limits, fault behavior and the exact records needed. Confirm any factory pre-scaling and system-calibration scope.

04

Approve the release and shipment

Freeze the approved configuration and drawing revision. Confirm quantities, destination, Incoterm, packing, export documents and any changes before release.

Put delivery and warranty terms in the quotation.

Stock, sample lead time and shipment schedules depend on the agreed variant, configuration and quantity. A request for expedited delivery is reviewed against actual availability.

Request any T/T, corporate payment-link, PI or PO process your organization needs. Accepted payment methods, warranty duration, returns and cancellation terms must be confirmed before order acceptance.

There is no online checkout. An RFQ does not reserve stock or create an accepted purchase order.

Include your receiving constraints

  • Company, country and postal code.
  • Prototype quantity and annual forecast.
  • Target installation date and required documents.
  • Existing sensor / amplifier references and drawing revision.
  • Any inspection, calibration, regulatory or supplier-approval requirements.

BRIDGE COMPATIBILITY

4-wire or 6-wire?
Start at the bridge.

Match terminals by function and the sensor datasheet. Wire colors and connector pinouts vary by manufacturer.

A 6-wire connection measures excitation at the bridge through separate sense leads. A 4-wire sensor uses excitation and signal pairs; follow the amplifier manual for local sense links.

Shield / GNDCHASSIS

Dashed sense lines: 6-wire option. On a 6-wire sensor feeding a 4-wire input, the sensor manual may require sense-to-excitation links of matching polarity. Never infer pin numbers or wire colors. Shield termination follows the installation and EMC plan, not a universal signal-ground jumper.

4-wire sensor → sense-capable input

Connect E+/E− and S+/S− by function. Where the amplifier manual requires local sense links, link SEN+ to E+ and SEN− to E− at its designated terminals.

6-wire sensor → remote-sense input

Run separate SEN+/SEN− feedback conductors to the matching sense terminals. Retain separate excitation and signal pairs; use the model-specific instructions for any local links.

Functional diagrams only. Confirm excitation (including a requested 5V/10V option), maximum bridge current, shield termination and actual pin assignments before energizing a system. Review the connector and pinout ↗

Analog bandwidth differs from sample rate. Passive summing has no sample rate. Original equipment references identify a review path; mechanical, electrical, software and calibration equivalence is model-specific.
